Darn. Back to the arm exercises.

I like this idea with a lace cami. I might have the vest - I'm missing the lace cami!

The dry cleaning comments made me laugh. At home, the dry cleaner pops by to pick up things, so it’s not an issue. Here at the cabin, the nearest dry cleaner that can do a good job is about 2 hours away. It does change one’s perspective, doesn’t it?

Gryffin, I’ve been looking too. I sent back the Zara one I bought last year. A few of our retailers had them last year but they generally had a scoop neck. I want a high “v”.

Runcarla’s sauntering around the bases, ‘cause she just hit it out of the park.

I love vests, but am likely to wear a t-shirt or blouse underneath IF I ever find a vest that works for me. I have only seen very expensive vests, hoping that some emerge in the mid-price bracket.

Sorry, i posted this yesterday and than had something come up and wasn’t able to get back to it.
Re the dry cleaning, yup that’s a problem, but I’m wondering if many of these could be/would be washable like a linen dress or shirt. Haven’t really gotten that far.

Gryffin and others, since this was from the whowhatwear UK site, wondering if this trend will slowly start to show up in US and markets as we move into spring, in the mean time, i did find some really great looking pieces on Etsy, at reasonable prices. This shop seems to have some really nice looking one.

I wore this vest yesterday over a white shirt and am intending to wear it over a tee in the spring/summer. I might wear it on its own too - Brooklyn: it has a high neck, which I agree is key (for me).

I would be on board with this! Might be an easy way to wear the looser fit bottoms. It would definitely have to be launder-able. I would probably wear a tee or tank under it too. Fun idea!

I’m quite intrigued now . Fit remains the key issue - for those of us with larger breasts - and it remains to be seen if they show up at retail here . Vivian - that is such a pretty piece - love it for you !

I like it! Structure is good. Would look good for zoom meetings.

Yes from me! I'd wear it over a tank top too.

I wore vests like this over tanks and tees a LOT in the 90s, mostly because I couldn't find any with armholes that would let me wear them alone. That was before the days of internet shopping, and I was limited to my local mall..... some of these options look really fun!
