Interesting Romper - what do you think?

I'm listening to a really thrilling audio talk (sense my sarcasm) so thank goodness I can still type and read! I am interested in thoughts on Rachel Bilson's outfit on the left here:

This is a totally different look than most romper outfits. Personally, I think it's really awesome but am sure there will be differing opinions. Love it? Hate it? Don't get it?

The only thing I don't like about it is the black tights with nude shoes. The girl on the right is killing me with those clogs x

Ah! It's the first outfit from the left, right? It looks like a top and shorts - so I vote yay for aesthetics but nay for loo etiquette.

I don't love it. I've seen others I care for a lot more. I saw one I was drawn to the other day in Marshalls - the short part was much longer, probably too long - almost to the knee. It called to mind these awful things called 'culottes' my Mother used to make me in the 80's. Anyways, it had a very fine leopard print that was quite muted and I liked it. So I can see the appeal in rompers, but I only like certain ones. I'm not a huge fan of her look in this photo though.

It's not for me personally, but I can enjoy the look of this and other rompers on younger women. And I love Rachel Bilson's style. She's one of the few celebrities whose style I'm always interested to see. She's so creative, and even when an outfit flops (IMHO), I appreciate that she keeps experimenting and pushing the fashion envelope.
