What an interesting read! I particularly

I so agree with this. I have
seen this happen way too many times, and consciously made an effort to NOT buy
something only because its trending and considered HOT especially if it looks
horrid on me and simply doesn’t sync with my sense of style.
My recent peev is lug sole
shoes where the sole is white and the shoe itself is coloured. What’s with
that? I’m sure some people love these, for example my sister, who wears flats
and heels and metallics and bright colours…but to me they just look odd. Kind
of like Sneakers married Block heels!
To give an example – I truly
hate the shoe in #1….even though the shoe in #2 doesn’t look odd to me at all.
I hope white lugged heel on pretty shoes is one such ‘It’ trend that will “burn bright
and then burn hot and fast, and then kind of fade to a simmer”!
