I'm VERY skeptical. On one hand, she says you should be wearing the heel you are most comfortable in (based on some combination of measurements), and on the other hand, she says the "comfortable" heel height for you causes bunions, corns, callouses, and other foot problems if you actually dare to walk in it! She says to change into "more comfortable" shoes for walking, which contradicts the entire rest of the article. So what is your comfortable heel height good for? Sitting? Walking from your desk to the bathroom?
