Her fuchsia top, gold sweater and shoes and black pants got me to thinking that I could put together a similar, but much more casual, combination. I don't have a gold belt but my leopard seems to work. I think I do need to find some different trouser socks though, these look a little orange and a sock will definitely be a necessity.
It will be perfect for the annual New Years Eve get together with friends. We gather at a friends house and enjoy her crazy cooking skills.
On a side note, the sweater may be a keeper after all. In another thread I was kvetching about it being itchy and twisted. Trying to correct the twisting with my steam iron didn't work but washing and drying flat helped. Tried an online solution for the itchiness that helped somewhat. Soaking in a vinegar rinse, washing in shampoo, rinsing in hair conditioner then a clear rinse.
