The Duchess of Cambridge is often criticized for her conservative taste in dress, but she is totally on trend when she dons her outdoor gear. Here she is at a scout camp (the scarf is part of the scout uniform), pregnant and blooming, and totally street-style ready. The nowness of this outfit bowls me over. How perfect is that cap - and those fingerless gloves! The monochrome look for me is the finishing touch. Note to self: must throw out all tired, ill-fitting hiking garments and replace with this look!
