They seem to have the largest selection of Miz Mooz footwear. Has anyone ever ordered from them? Was it a good experience? Thanks in advance.

Kelly, I recently ordered a pair of boots from them but unfortunately had to return them (calves were too large as usual. Sigh). They were very good to work with: quick shipping and a speedy credit to my account.

Thanks, Beth. I'm glad to hear it. I had read some reviews on Yelp and was a bit hesitant. Sorry to hear about your boots : ( The ones you were wearing with your geometric print dress are fab!

I tried to order from them but they cancelled my order saying that they were out of stock I think that they don't process their weekend orders until monday but are still selling stock on the weekends in their store.

Infinity Shoes has a brick and mortar store in Nolita where I used to work. It's highly likely that they could run out of stock before they get the opportunity to process orders. It's quite a small store with a small staff, so don't expect Zappos-like customer service. They are friendly and do the best they can though, so don't write them off either.

Kelly I ordered the Miz Mooz Alcott and Miz Mooz boots. I called and spoke with Angie (not ours) at New York both times. She was very helpful and gave me 25% off on my boots and 10% off the Alcott. I will use them again.
