I have to comment on an outfit Lucy Liu (as Joan Watson) wore in the latest episode of "Elementary".
I'm a huge fan of mysteries, Sherlock Holmes is one of the great masters, and this show is so good on all levels. All the acting is top notch. So bummed that this is the last season.
Her outfits are always great but this one is KILLER TO THE POWER OF KILLER TIMES INFINITY. (that's mathematically incorrect but you get the idea).
Her character wears modern, minimalist, architectural, and mostly black/white looks, and the outfit in question is print wide leg pants by Stella McCartney worn with a simple black short sleeved button-down shirt. If you click on the photo you can find a link to the pants and for a mere $500 they can be yours. The shoes were her usual black open toed heeled booties but they were cut out in an asymmetric way that I can't describe.
Ms Liu has also died her long dark hair a warm blonde which looks wonderful.
It must be so wonderful to be her costume designer for this show; she's slim and gorgeous and probably looks good in literally anything.
