Oh gosh, I love all three of these looks in your most recent post zakuro! You are a natural at pattern mixing. Looks warm and cozy with plenty of interest.

You asked upthread which Scandinavian country we are visiting -- Sweden (Stockholm). And now, inspired by you, I'm contemplating adding a merino wool mini skirt to my suitcase (my main footwear will be tall black boots similar to the ones you are wearing in these pics).

#1 in your latest round made me smile. I'm known to like pattern mixing.
But I disagree with you that you "should" add xyz to your wardrobe. You started out saying you wanted to add more color. If that's because you like color and feel "blah" without it, then go for it! But if it's because you saw something that said color is the thing to do, then I'd say hold back. You have a great sense of style and a feel for how to dress your body. If minimizing your top is a goal, there are strategies you can read up on and use for that. Same goes for any other goal. But adding things to your wardrobe, or making things your goal because someone else says they should be, sounds to me like a recipe for heartbreak and continued dissatisfaction with your closet.

Great that you all like these, though these are not actually skirts:P I
watched a youtube video where someone put a sweater over a dress and thus it turned into a skirt. The blue floral one is a summer dress actually. The red and patterned one are actually singlets that I have
dieted out of. I just tucked them into my pantyhose and pulled my
sweater over.
I can’t quite tell if it looks weird or not. The fabrics are kinda thin and I’m worried it will make it look obvious that it isn’t a skirt. Or maybe its just me who is hyper-aware that I’m wearing a singlet as a skirt:P (I probably looked real funny putting this on, lol!) I’m trying to learn how to sow, so I
was planning on redesigning these into scarves or something, but
maybe they’ll be skirts instead:)

I saw a youtuber who wore a lot of plaid/pattern skirts with knits, and I quite liked that look, so maybe I’ll look for something like that. However… I do have a flared plaid, and it makes me feel like I look like a schoolgirl. At 30+ that just looks… kinky?:P What do you guys think? I don't want to be one of these people who dress inappropriately for my age:P

I’ll definitely look for more dark and light neutrals. I got some white items, and I do like camel, navy and burgundy:) A camel coat is something I kinda want but I feel a bit sheepish about it. My culture is a little negative to dressing up, so I feel like I attract a lot of attention to myself just by wearing a skirt or a coat, instead of the typical sports clothes.

But Stockholm huh?:D Best advice I can give is to wear shoes that are resistant to water. So suede type of shoes(like I’m wearing) might get really wet depending on the weather. Also, wool socks. Gift from heaven:P Hope you have a great time:)
