I did not think I was a faux fur/pompom person but y'all... I LOVE HIM.
Is he a raccoon? A skunk? A fox? A lemming* that I have lemminged from the rest of you? I EMBRACE ALL POSSIBILITIES.
Photos 1-3 are various styling options (I will probably mostly wear him on my coat as in #3). Photo 4 shows the scale...like a wee adorable boutonniere.

*(No, he looks nothing like a lemming. But I just want to say that "lemming" as a verb is hands-down my favorite YLF-ism.)
