Well it has only been 1.5 years of searching about for a nude pump that is the perfect colour, material, height and fit. Ladies, I have found it. Now... how can you see this worn through the fall, considering its peep toe-ness?

While it's still warm enough to go bare legged, you need a fabulous and fun shade for your toenails! Right now I'm sporting robin's egg blue -- works great with nude shoes. But you have oodles of options...

Otherwise I treat nude shoes as a neutral "go with anything" choice. When in doubt, nude shoes.

Shabby, I'd love to see your tights-with-peeptoe looks. I have given this a whirl in the past but I inevitably get a hole in the tights at my big toe. Or the seam refuses to stay under my toes and shows (because even the smallest size tights are still a bit loose on me, since I'm short, I guess... )

Hmmmm. I never get holes in the toes, that would be a problem! I never paid attention to the seam on tights, it's the same color as the tights and doesn't show up easily...
But NEVER - NO - NEVER wear nylons with peep toes!!!!

When I tried these on I had a vibrant tangerine pedi goin on. AMAZING. I, too, have the toe issue. I am going to give 'er a whirl though.

I love tights with chunky sandals in the winter, but not peep-toes. And tights with nude shoes kind of defeats the purpose of the nude shoe for me. But nude shoes are great with almost anything, so they will go with almost all dresses or skirts as long as it isn't so cold as to make covering your legs a must. But even then, they go really well with jeans or other trousers, too, so if you can stand chilly toes, they can be worn all winter (depending on your climate, perhaps - snow might not be the best option with peeps!).

Yes, if you are in the snow I'm afraid peep toes are not going to work (I'm in South Mississippi, no snow). One of my favorite pics on Etsy is of cream cable knit tights in nude peep toes - I DIE.

You can definitely do tights with peep toes as long as the opening isn't too large. I think there was a thread about that a while ago - I'll go hunt for it and pop back in if I can find it.

I hope so Deborah! These are Bandolino, and a mere $90! Imagine my delight! I am taking in all the ideas here. Being a snow lover and living in a northerly climate, the peeps may be seasonal. Which is ok. But i am so curious now about this tights with peep toe business. I don't think it is "me" but hey, worth a try. I can't WAIT to get my tights and combat boots goin.
