A few weeks back, I bought 2 denim pencils from Tommy Hilfinger's site because there isn't one near me and their skirt looked perfect to me. I usually don't buy clothes online unless I'm sure it will fit because doing an online return makes me a little worried. I mailed it back and within a day of them receiving it, I got an e-mail from them stating how sorry they were that not everything worked and they gave me a discount code to use on my next order.For my first online return, I think it went very smoothly.

If all online returns are that easy, my wallet may be in for some trouble.
