Hmm, I had to enter some code (something lik 34yu77g) and it didn't work. Tried 4 or 5 times before I gave up. I'll try again.

Very odd. I just tested and it went through.

Went onto her site, then to "Contact" (pink tool bar at the top)

The name and other fields you have to complete, with the scrambled word underneath, which I filled in.

It went through. If she responds to me with some instructions, I'll pass them on here.
