Meaning, I think I remember saying I was done buying winter shoes, could not really justify them, and would only be whipping out the credit card for spring purchases. Well, have not pulled the trigger yet, but am mighty tempted by this boot:

I'm not even going to ask you to talk me out of it. I'll probably order them. They will count as my animal print shoe for the time being.
To kind of justify it, I'll let you know that I am getting really good use out of almost all the new shoes I got (apart from three pairs, that are really inappropriate for colder weather--even dry, cold weather).
And it's a good thing this color is not available in my size (ETA the burgundy, not the black):

To be honest, I'm also intimidated by the idea of spring shoe purchasing. I feel like I just figured out how to crack the code for fall/winter shoes! What should I buy? This is a rhetorical question and doesn't need answering. I'm thinking a few pair of Converse (maybe one at first, to make sure they're comfy and support my feet well). Some sandals. I could use some skin-tone shoes. I don't know. I don't even know how to dress for spring. I guess it's back to YLF kindergarten to learn how to be fab in warm weather. I'm so used to throwing on a t-shirt and shorts and some fugly but comfortable sneakers. Sigh.
