I guess patients (and their families) do pay attention to what you wear. HAHA. I hope they didn't mean it negatively - as in "how can I afford to shop at Anthropologie".

It has been an issue amongst the residents lately (at least in my opinion), I think it's sort of tasteless to flaunt your name brands in people's faces and have like 3 ct engagement rings, when you're talking to people about welfare and disability and homeless shelters.
