Im in love with this shoe artist (pic included)

i know this guy somewhat a year a friend of mine order a pair of pumps with a really cool design you name it ...he will actually make it ...he buys the shoes at charlotte russe and transform it in to a piece of art ...do u think paying 136 dollars is worth it? tell me what u think of this shoes?

I am not familiar with the u deploying shoe brand, but I would want them to be quality as you don't want your work of art to fall apart. Also, I wonder how he protects the art on the shoe. I assume these are meant to be worn.

They are definitely a statement piece, and if you are okay with the above, I would totally get them!

Cheap shoes never work for me. I'd pay more for a real shoe.

I have seen this done with upcycled vintage Coach and it lasted nicely. Would not pay for the cheap shoes.

yeah that's what im afraid but my dad works in a body shop and i used to steal his acrylic paints and do things hahah on my jeans i would washed like every 2 week and the paint will be there... i can ask him if i can bring a different brand of shoe ...but had charlotte russe before the pairs cost from 35 to 50 and are good quality you know some stuff r for fun some are worth the money do u think worth the money?

I think they are interesting and a work of art, but I guess the key is to find out if they are "wearable" works of art. I am not familiar with Charlotte Russe's shoes at all, so I'm not much help, I'm afraid.

I would probably pass if my plan is to wear them.

Sweet shoes. If they seem like decent quality go for it otherwise see if you can find your own comfortable quality shoes for him to paint.

Before I knew that they were Charlotte Russe, I was ready to say yes. If you plan to wear them, they may not last long. However, if you want them as purely a piece of art to admire, they are definitely worth it. They are beautiful.

I LOVE Cheryl's idea to get a better quality shoe and have him paint them.
