I'm back! Did I miss anything? And shout out to LA YLF meeting!

Hahahaha!

I had a blast and the best part was getting to meet up briefly with the LA-YLF contingent. I felt like my son did at Disney, meeting all his favorite characters in real life, and I got to spend some extra time driving with the fabulous and gorgeous MaryK - who is all that and more, let me tell you. Truly, every one of these ladies is a total knock-out and even more amazing to see in real life! I only wish I could have spent more time, although by the time we met up, I am pretty sure I'm the only one who'd gotten any sleep...

I haven't seen any posts about the weekend yet but I am looking forward to the individual reports and some photos, including the infamous "Whose shoes?" picture!

Una, if there is one thing you take the time to check out, it's the forum post on cultural appropriation. Number two would be the Dress the Decade posts - especially today's - Ornella is a crack-up!

Welcome back! There was a thread that was sort of a play-by-play of the action as it unfolded (I think it was one of the final planning threads started by AJ, if you want to search that way). I am so jealous of the meet-up--it looked and sounded like such a blast! I too am looking forward to the blog post and pics, pics, pics!

In my early days here when I was getting my head around who's who, somehow the two of you seemed like two sides of the same coin. I still think of you as soul sisters (like i do about Suz and Krishnidoux, e.g.)

But you did miss the debut of my first Fluevogs. Malibrans didn't fit me. ;-(

(They might fit in the right size, but the right size was not available, and even in the right size, they might not). I got the Pearl Hart's on super sale, $100 off and still the most expensive shoes I've ever owned. Worth every penny, I suspect.
