I'm back

Hi! I'm back!
After a long style hibernation. I have been enjoying my closet, wear things, not worring with shopping, trends, stores. I didn´t reconized myself.
Now I felt the need to add something new to my closet, I'm thinking of this black boho dress with High-Shaft Booties Angie talked about.
Boot nº 2 is from zara (cheaper and comfy)
Boot nº 3 is from Massimo Dutti (stunning)
As I'm petite, I'm not sure is nº 3 has a too higher shaft for me.
Another adivice: black or nude tights?

Welcome back. I love both boot styles. I favor number 2 because you mentioned "comfortable" and I want comfortable on my feet. Have you tried on number 3? How comfortable are they? Do you do a lot of walking in your normal day?

Tights. I like the idea of black as well as nude. I think it depends on your mood and setting. I think I might be inclined to wear black tights to work, but I might wear nude tights elsewhere.

Great dress and I love the high shaft booties with it. The cognac colour looks great (as an aside). Boots no. 3 seem to have a much higher shaft which is similar to what the model is wearing in the picture.

I like both pairs of boots but like Sterling comfort rules for me. Anything that is uncomfortable becomes a decoration in my closet.

oh. Style Fan, the cognac bootie was not an option, it's just the bootie on the photo of the dress, it's suede and here it rains a lot.

The dress on me hits the knees, the model must be really tall.

Sterling, I don't walk a lot, 15m walk to arrive at work and another 15m. back home at the end of the day. 3 is comfy, but the heel is a bit higher and at the end of the day that matters.

Yhat dress would be very cute on you. The zara bootie, being shorter would look sweeter with the dress. I think either color tights would work, depending on your mood.

Wonderful to see you, Rute. You know so well how to dress your petite frame and are used to wearing heels. The dress seems light weight so I'm leaning toward nude legs or sheer, if black, and the Zara boots. However, your taste is impeccable and whatever you end up doing will be fabulous.

The dress is terrific, Rute! I vote for booties #2 --- I think it would give a better proportion for the dress at the length you mention.

I vote for #2 - the shaft on the other seems like it would be too tall for a petite. As for tights, I prefer nude over black but think you could wear either. You might also try gray tights - I've seen people wearing that color with black dresses and it looks cute.
