This book is just so good...I have my all time favorite quote reflecting my new fashion credo from her...I second Lynn's rec of this one:

"I tell all my clients that you should love yourself in something, immediately; nothing gets better the more times you look at it in the mirror."

I heard an interview with her on the radio. She's hallmark. Has that je ne sais quoi that makes everything just so.

I enjoyed this book too, although I found her personal story more interesting than the fashion advice.

Staysfit...In answer to your question, did you learn anything that changed your view of style?...I actually did...The quote about trying on and loving yourself instantly in something ...If not, letting it go immediately...resonated well with me...I am one of those who tries on and says, well maybe....or perhaps...or if I could possibly...No more of this major waffeling for me after having Ms. Betty's ah ha moment, I am in with one look and on to something else...as our Angie says...No more of this perhaps ...I seek only passionate response or nothing...smile...
