Which would you choose? I had in mind something white that would be for summer, smart casual looks. I tend to carry a lot of crap around with me so I don't do well with small bags. But I also came across this light blue color that would also work with a lot of my wardrobe.

Not that I'm definitely buying anything.

Well,it appears to me that the top 2 are Brahmin bags. I have 5 or 6 Brahmin bags and they wear great. I have the second one, if that one is white, and I've had it 2 years and it looks like new, in spite of carrying it alot. I like mine because it is sort of "patent', as I have found that it is easier to keep white clean if it has a slick surface. Had a very bad experience with a white coach bag that I just cannot clean. (However I have not tried yet this year after some recent tips on YLF about keeping light shoes clean ...I remember as I type this !....). I have not regretted getting that bag in white. I like the blue one too, but if you carry quite a diverse amount and type of stuff, the white one will be your best choice due to its shape.

I find it impossible to answer because I am also in search of a new bag and to my dismay I have discovered that I really need to *hold* each potential bag or I don't know if it will work for me. I like the look of all of these, so from that perspective they're all winners.

I like the structure of the first 2, but I also have my own personal weird thing about bag hardware: If its too shiny or insubstantial it cheapens even the nicest looking bags to my eye. (That's just me though, most people aren't bothered by it) The third bag looks more in keeping with what I like hardware wise.

I would prefer the RM, except for all the strings. I would try to shorten them somehow. Otherwise it's a beautiful bag. I like the big white one too. I like hobos less. The other two have shoulder straps. That's just me, though.

From a visual perspective, I very much prefer the RM bag.

I like 2 and 3 a lot. If you need to carry around a lot of stuff maybe #2 would be best but I think the RM bag is my favorite for size and style-- it's the one I would feel most comfortable carrying on a daily basis.

For smart casual - definitely the RM. No contest:) Oh, yes, I have it in black Best bag ever. The other two, while lovely, look decidedly more formal.

I would do the silver oh she is so pretty so that is what I'm drawn too. You could rock any of them. I'm a big bag lady myself.

I hope you do realize that every Fabber here will simply pick their own favorite ....right? My fav is the Harrison Travel Tote Halo Melbourne. If I could buy just one - it's gonna be that one.

I love the shape and color of the blue bag. I find blue bags to be one of the best neutrals and they look clean longer than the lighter colors.

Well, since you asked what WE would do I would go with the RM. I have one Brahmin bag, and I like it, but rarely use it because it skews a little too dressy for my life, and it is stiff and not the easiest thing to use. That RM looks like a great everyday bag though.

PS. Actually, if it were me, I'd keep looking because I just realize the RM has gold hardware, and I much prefer silver, especially with the white. But that's just me.

For me it would be between 2 and 3 or keep looking. I find my Brahmin bag lovely but hard to get into, being stiff and narrow, but this one looks like it has a wider top.
The RM bag looks softer but I would be concerned about those side zippers catching on knit clothing. It looks much more casual.
Hardware color is something I mix, wearing gold and silver together.

bags are such a personal thing….for me, i'd pass on both of the brahmins because of the shape. i find that both of these shapes tend to mean that everything drops to the bottom and gets "lost".

I love my Brahmins bags and have four of them. I have # 1 in red and do not find it dressy at all. But I like structure in my bags, for the most part.

Thank you all so much for your comments and wisdom. I like both these brands because they tend to have lots of pockets and interior organization and because I'm a fan of gold hardware (my usual jewelry color). That white tote also comes in the light blue color. decisions, decisions.

I like 1, but my reality is I think I wouldn't enjoy using it and would better like 2. Bags that narrow at the opening frustrate me.

I choose the white Brahmin bag. I like the weathered white-wash effect of that coloring. (I had a bag in that color on my favorites list for a while on the Nordstrom site.) It's so unusual, and I think it dresses down easier than some Brahmin bags for that reason as well as for the more casual tote style. Your style is polished, too, so I can see the Brahmin styles working really well for you.

If it were me, I'd choose the RM - I like softer, less structured style bags personally.
