I think this may be the perfect renewal dress for me: shift shape, special, lovely back, mature but not stuffy, simple but not boring, classic but fun. Too bad it's $1,000!!!! If you see anything like this, let me know.

Viva - this is stunning. I love that shape, so elegant. Keep stalking. If it doesn't flyout of the store sometimes you can catch it on deep discount. I'll keep eyes peeled. I usually only check out the black and gray but I'll let you know. That is the silhouette I gravitate toward always. I did just buy the Vince knit shift dress deceptively simple and very flattering if you need a chamelion that you can swap up and want black. Also, it's short and not the same but I think very elegant. The DVF zarita dress.
I know that's not exactly what you want but they come to mind. Good luck and best wishes on the stalk. I'll report back if I find anything else!!
