Thanks Lyn and Melllls for taking time to report in on my finds!

FC: You're right about my wardrobe needs --- I think I'm rebelling a bit --- deep inside my little 'ol heart -- against my casual-in-transition lifestyle. If I had some extra cash, I would have an amazing holiday capsule that I have no place to wear! Hee. On the plus side, I've been improving my uber-casual and lounge wardrobe over the past couple of years.

Beth Ann, I absolutely love the skirt and the cardigan of many colors on you...wonderful finds!!

Hilarious. #2 is standout.

I love cardigans, and can't stop buying them. I have high and low end ones. The lower end ones last one or two seasons max. I include my Free People cardigans in the low end spectrum. Even though I don't think they are priced low end. (Not buying them as much any more for this reason.)

So of course I think you should keep the bright striped cardigan.

One of my favorite aspects of cardigans is that I can rip them off instantly when I get a hot flash.

Thanks, Cheryl! You have some marvelous cardigans, too!

Rachy: You are well-versed in shopping humor. It's part of the "having fun with fashion," isn't it? If I ever go seriously bling-o-rama you must promise to hold an intervention. Or join me.

Denise: Love your cardigan collection! And light layers are indeed more valuable on women in their prime! I expect to wear this one just for a couple of seasons, and the price is right. I am trying to save my big purchases for items like boots and shoes, coats and jackets.

I will be there to 'help' you, absolutely
