Here I am totally projecting my own issues, so feel free to ignore if you have no problem here. But the way I see it, you are long-legged and short-waisted, with a large bust. So yeah, beside the clashing necklines everyone is referring to, I see a "problem" (meaning it would be for me, perhaps not for you) with the light-colored sweater (white expands), with stripes horizontal across a larger bust, making it appear even bigger. And then, your pretty waist is lost due to the high-waisted pants as well as slight bulk of the sweater, so really it gives the effect of an even larger bust, IYKWIM. A dark, solid turtleneck or other blouse without the striped sweater would have mitigated this to a large degree. You are slim-hipped and your legs are long and lovely and otherwise, I think you can rock those trousers.
(edited to add that I'm not sure if you were directly going for an Angie-inspired look...but isn't it frustrating that she can pull off these amazing, supermod looks that just Do. Not. Work.--or work in the same way--on certain other body types? Aaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrgggggggggh.
In any case, the only way you could really look bad would be to go around with a bag over your head, denying the world your beautiful smile. (That's probably the clumsiest compliment you'll ever get, but I mean it...you are radiant. Good on you for posting a less-than-perfect look, too.)
