I promised to take photos of my two green shirts with different colored pants. #1 and #2 - I had styled the light green shirt with white pants and it was suggested that I try pants in gray or taupe but I don't have those colors, so I tried my blue pants. #3, #4, #5 - I wore black pants with my darker green shirt in my previous post and it was suggested that white would look good so I tried my white pants and then tried my blue pants. #6 - I loved Janet's poncho and immediately went online and bought one. I wore it to a neighbor's birthday party and I don't think I've ever received so many complements. Thanks for looking and any suggestions you have are welcome.

So fantastic in #6. What are the details of the black shoes you are wearing in this outfit? I love them. Are they still available?

And as for styling the tunic, my preferences are for 1, 2, and 3. I think it's really a personal thing. Normally I'm not into high contrast but I really like the way 3 looks.

The boots are from Nordstrom - They are an Angie pick from the NAS this summer. They're really comfortable and go with a lot of my outfits. Thanks Joy, CocoLion, and Alasse for your input and support.

You look great in all of these but I am partial to no 2 and 3. I also really like your boots in no 6. You could substitute them in no 3 for a different look.

I agree that the poncho really suits you. I also like the new colour combinations and it shows what a versatile colour green is, as it goes with everything that you have put it back with.

2 and 4 are my favorites! I guess I'm favoring medium contrast. The poncho outfit is amazing -- the Timberland's are a perfect choice - new, but not uber trendy, and comfortable!

All look good except that you look pale in No 1, but I expect that is just due to overexposure or some other technical cause.

The poncho looks great on you! I also love the green top, especially in 3 and 5. The other top is ok, but maybe too big? I'm not a good judge of that, though.

All of these work to my eye, Bonnie, so it's really up to you and your comfort zone. I must admit, I'm still partial to the look in pic 1. It's fresh and statementy to me, the other pairings seem more expected. I also really love that shirt and how it's fitted on top and flows outward--a very current line. I like how you bookended your hair with the lighter footwear in pic 2 to draw the eye vertically.

The poncho is gorgeous on you.

I like the high contrast pairings (#2, 4, 5) the best, although they all look good. The poncho outfit is great - those shoes are fab with the poncho.

I really like the versions with the light pants, and the poncho is great on you! I'm glad I enabled that purchase. I'm looking forward to cool enough weather to wear mine with a turtleneck too.

The poncho is incredible!!

So... I find the darker green more versatile. The light green looks best with the white pants to my eye and fine-but-not-thrilling with darker bottoms. The bright apple green, I just find sharp all around. It's a good design IMO. In another style, I'm not sure it would be so versatile even if the same colour.

You look great in all of these and I think you're incredibly good at getting the fit of the items and proportions of the outfits just right to make even more relaxed styles look elegant.
