IK, it sounds like you need to toss your scale! We and you know you look great and are incredibly fit. My mom only steps on the scale at her yearly doctor's appointment, and she deliberately looks away when she's weighed. Unless her doctor should ever mention a problem, she will continue to exercise, eat sensibly, and enjoy not knowing her weight! Maybe a similar approach could work for you?

My friend with an eating disorder just gave up her scale per doctor's orders. Before she did, she wrote all over it - "You don't own me" and "Numbers aren't everything" and all kinds of other thoughts. It seemed very empowering.

Yep, I haven't owned a scale in my life, because of what happened when I was a teenager. A scale is not helpful for improving fitness, and only make things worse if you're prone to getting twitchy about the number it shows.
