So, some of you know I've been studying for months for the national board certification exam for music therapy. Since I've not worked as a therapist since 1994, there was lots of new material to learn, and much to review.
I took the exam today and passed with flying colors!
Now, it's onto creating a resume and linked in profile, and exploring the options for me in my city. Do I open a private practice? Do contract work that lets me continue to have flexibility to sing and teach voice? Look for a full-time position (benefits would be nice)?
There's lots yet to do, but I'm going to sit and enjoy the moment for just a bit.............
