During my lunch hour I went to Karen Millen to check the sales... big mistake.. they have always the most amazing pieces, luxury fabrics and impecable cut!
I felt in love with this dress and asked the lady to keep it for me until 17:30h.
Do you think it's a 10?

Maybe not exactly a 10, but still a pretty high score. I like the fit but I am struggling a little with the dolman sleeves aspect -- not used to how that should look. It would be a good LBD.

I think the sleeve looks a bit off with your arms up. I do think that it is doing wonders for your body though. MInd you I love a dolman sleeve. I would like to see you in some regular poses in the dress.

I like it! I am a fan of the dolman sleeves and especially the rouching and flattering cut. It gives you a beautiful hourglass shape. I can see you in this for either work or date night. It is sexy without being revealing.

I vote a tentative yay, and second or third the request to see this with your arms down. It looks really beautiful, interesting, and chic, but the black makes it seem versatile too.

I feel it's a solid 8 but you have other dresses I've seen you in that are definite 10's above this one. Maybe it is because of the arms up pose, I'm not sure.

It still looks good to me! With the arms down I am uncertain of the poofiness between the chest area and the sleeves. I am uncertain about the size (the bigger size looked good to me).

I am uncertain about the exposed zip - I have a sheath dress (nothing like as good) that has an exposed zip at the back and I am concerned about layering over it because of that (may not be a problem for you?) and it becoming dated sooner than other items.

I trust your judgement rute, whatever you decide!

I'm sorry but I think I have to be honest with you here. As much as I like your regular outfits, I feel this dress doesn't do your body justice at all. I don't like the sleeves, I don't like the cut, I don't like that it looks kind of big at the top but too snug at the bottom... and it looks weird from the back, IMHO. It makes your shoulders look like they are going down, as if you were upset or something, due to the dolman sleeve, and then there are the wrinkles... I believe you can do much much much better. Oh, and sorry about my english, I may have not expressed myself too well.

I actually love it more now with the exposed zip! I think it adds interest any and little hmph to a black long sleeve dress. I think you look fab and that the loosness on top makes your waist look tiny.

I like the dress except for the neckline. It seems to me a slightly more scooped neckline would be more flattering if you are going to wear it with your hair down. Maybe you could pin your hair up?

I am giving this an 8.5. It looks very good on you, but for me it doesn't have that oh, yes, without a doubt! that I usually feel when looking at your outfits. If you love it, you certainly can wear it.
