That citron blouse on you is super fab! Love it! And the skirt is lovely too.

Thanks, everyone!

Suz, you're right. The skirt will probably look fantastic with animal print. I need to get started on my leopard print blouse that I cut out last weekend

I LOVE the grey skirt. KILLER perfect and great for Spring.

Amazing citron blouse, Amy! Did you try a size down? I can't help but think that you may need to size down.

Shopping in very pretty downtown Seattle is good therapy. Enjoy!

Let's get it out of the way : you look fab.u.lous ! I live vicariously through others who wear yellow well.

ARE YOU FREAKIN' KIDDING ME ????? I wouldn't last for a second in that environment. Keep your head down. Don't ever ever look up....I am having a hot flash

Amy, I love both blouses on you, with the citron edging out the other a bit. The yellow has a wonderful brightening effect on your pretty face and yet there's a softness with the pink/lavender one, too.

As for the belt, I have black and yellow Halogen skirts and while I wish I could add a belt, it just didn't seem to work with a blouse tucked in. I did wear a black stretch belt with my black one and it worked fairly well, but it wasn't perfect and I kept feeling behind me to see if it had lifted up. So, next time I'd probably go without a belt, unless the shirt was out. I think your new magenta piece will look outstanding with your skirt. You do work in a tempting environment, so just peek a little as you walk quickly by!

The citron is beautiful and will work with all your neutrals (and white in the summer!!) I love the skirt as well and with MaryK's primer (and others on the forum) you can wear it 100s of ways. I've belted mine once but it was a wider belt and I tried taping, but it still squirmed around throughout the day.

Amy, that is Trouble City! You look spectacular in citron! I don't think I've seen you in this color before, but it is a perfect color for you. And if you can make the skirt work, it looks like a keeper to me too. I think you'll put it to good use.

Thanks, everyone! As always, you've been incredibly helpful.

Inspired by you, I wore my mauve Halogen pencil skirt today, with a thin snakeskin belt that I left just loose enough to ride about an inch below the skirt's waistband. I felt very chic :-).

Katja, that sounds lovely. Can we see a picture?

I love the skirt, it looks great on you! The top is gorgeous also!!

Photos...(looking a little wrinkled and blurry :-()

Look how pretty you are! Those colors are great on you! You've obviously figured out how to get your belt to stay in place. Mine was like a hula hoop, lol
