I love Janet's photo! My husband looks exactly like that from biking... and has the same lines on his arms as well.

We will be at the beach next week so he gets to show off his unique coloring!

You guys are so great! I loved reading all of the wisdom, encouragement and comedy. I am off to check out some of the links.
Marley - from what I can tell, asphalt looks like a sort of charcoal grey.

Peri - you are SO wise! I didn't even think about the proportions of the model, but you are right. I don't think that is natural... And it is such a great idea to manage my expectations.

Janet - that photo cracked me up! For once my lack of athleticism will serve me well.
