In the meantime, I am sorry to hear about your friend, and I wanted to send along some extra good thoughts for him. I am so hoping that he gets to spend at least a little bit of time outside, even in the midst of this terrible situation. I can't explain it, but spending time outside will always help, even if it's just on the porch or balcony. Being able to see the sky, or feel the early-spring air will help a whole lot. I know it sounds a little bit weird, but there is something incredibly comforting in feeling more connected to the Earth.
