Unfortunately while out i also spotted some pewter sandal booties- i never quite 'got' the point of them until I saw these and fell in love! x

Love the purple! Those are cool and have a sort of 80's vibe that is very trendy yet it's a classic heel. Nice.

The purple shoes are gorgeous, Louise! Fab for Autumn under boot cuts especially.

Your sandal booties are KILLER. Try going up a size or half a size for comfort – that worked for me.

I *knew* people would start warming up to the idea of sandal booties. You predictable lot!

This is the first shop I've seen them in (we seem a bit behind you gals in the states in the fashion stakes, I'd never seen anyone in stirrup tights and everyone keeps asking where i got them!) So i'm hoping sandal booties will be in more shops either later this season or next summer the hunt continues x

Hmm. Rotten luck, Louise.

I think there is a different focus each season in each respective continent. Booties and the 80’s revival was big in Europe before it hit the US. I guess at the moment, we are ahead of the game with sandal booties and stirrup leggings!
