A HEWI for me has been pink boots. I was sooo tempted by Angie's fabulous suede pink boots but know that I lack her super powers of keeping things perfectly clean. It reminded me of some pink boots I had previously seen online by a favourite Australian brand Django and Juliette. I previously had discounted them because they seemed too similar to my white star boots and too casual for my office work environment.
However, since changing jobs to working from home and the fact that my white star boots are my most worn boots and now are 2 years old, I decided to give the pink star boots a try. I was concerned that they may be too much bling - but thankfully they seem slightly more subtle in real life than the picture.
They arrived yesterday and so today I decided to give them a try. A perfect fit and 100% comfortable straight out of the box. Heel height at 1.5 inches is perfect, even better than the 2 inch white star boots. As for the colour, it is blush, but with slight lilac tones (more so than the picture of the boot - closer to the stock picture of the bag) and a great match for a bag that I have.

Purchased on a Black Friday sale - so I am thrilled to have found MY pink boots.
