I had stopped thrifting for clothes in the last couple of years because I really did think everything was pretty awful. You know lots of clothes that were not well made in the first place. But on the weekend I went to a funky part of town with a friend and we hit the good quality vintage stores and I must say they were inspiring. Incredible mad designs from every era, amazing accessories, { I bought a beautiful tiny beaded purse} and actually I didn't find the items overpriced. It made me realise how un-individual my clothes had become. I couldn't decide what to buy becasue there was too much and too exciting but next time I will go with a plan.
