I bought a grey silk panelled t-shirt to go with it but I'm stumped for more cold weather options.
Any suggestions?

Tuck in a V-neck sweater, add opaques and monster black wedge booties. Top it off with a cropped jacket.

Can't wait to see you wear your new skirt, Anna! I was also thinking a slouchy sweater or blouse tucked into the skirt with some kind of jacket. I like the sound of that panelled T-shirt too.

Fabulous! How unique and stylish!
As Angie said, cropped jacket, also maybe "boyfriend" type jacket would look great with a warm sweater underneath. I think it would it pair well with your Helmut Lang jacket and black hose, or even the sequin sweatshirt with a black "boyfriend" jacket over it.

Would my black leather cropped jacket be too much leather? Otherwise might have to shop for a cropped tuxedo or something of that ilk.

Personally I think a leather jacket would be too much leather. A cropped tuxedo jacket would be perfect.
