Una thanks for posting this. I would love to give this a try.

Obviously it would work over black garments and maybe solid colors but what do you think about with patterns?

This is really cool, Una! I think it may work with pattern too, but mostly if the pattern subtle and is grounded by a dark colour. Eager to hear what others say

I could see you thrifting an item with the perfect distressed leather for your DIY project. I do love how this could be vampy, superhero, gothic or rock'n'roll depending on the leather and styling.
