So...it is our turn.

Our dishwasher, stove and microwave broke. Then when they came to install the oven, they couldn't it because it goes into a brick wall and it wouldn't fit. So now someone has to come and saw down the bricks. Then our car died and it can only be fixed at a dealership because it is a hybrid. Then the snowstorm came and we found out today that the roof leaked and we have ice damning on the roof and it is leaking into the house. AND my husband and son just found out that they both need MAJOR teeth work..I am talking thousands of dollars.

I sat down, chuckled and thought of Shannon. Now I am off to try to sell one of my kids...preferably the one with all the dental problems !!! LOL ! My husband has a good job, so I have to hold onto to him until all the appliances, car and house is fixed.

Oh no! That's a lot at once! Our dishwasher is leaking too, and just that is getting me frazzled. Hope you can get it sorted out, and maybe relax, have some chocolate or wine!

Ouch, Isabel - that is hard!!! Too many troubles at once.

My husband had an uncle who used to say, "if you can fix it with money (even if you don't have money) it's not that bad." I guess it's true, right? But in your position I would be tempted to stick my head under a pillow in the hopes of making it all go away!

Suz, I LOVE that !!! I had a conversation with my kids telling them that yesterday. ( Now we are having plumbing problems too because of the storm - so the plumber is on his way ). We are sooooo lucky and blessed because we have an emergency fund ( so my wardrobe budget won't be touched, for now, hahaaaa - though my daughter may have to give up a few riding lessons.....I am such a good mom !).
