I am Mochi...and my husband is her husband with update

Remember when Mochi thought that one of her packages hadn't been delivered and it turned out that her husband had put it aside without saying anything ? Well that is us today.

I got online to check a Nordstrom order that I ordered in February. It has been 3 weeks. The delivery confirmation said that it was delivered two days later. Then I see a little not that says "given to customer man " !!!! So the mystery, where is it in my house ?????

Oh no! Look in the garage! I've had delvery men leave boxes in our open garage where they blend in with other boxes......only to be found weeks later!

Update : I could not reach him during the day because he was at a meeting/demo with customers. ( I thought of calling his boss, who was my boss for 14 years and a total clothes hound...she would have pulled him out of the meeting to get answers. )

However, I HAPPENED to be doing laundry today and found a Nordstrom box in the BASEMENT !!!! He must have been exercising down there when the UPS man came and he probably took it back down. He has no memory of even seeing the UPS man !

So , yes, I found the box with my new super skinny jeans ! : )

Shannon they are so fab !!! I want to wear them under dress and tunics. I hate to admit this.......they are pull on jeans. So they will have less bulk under tunics and dresses. I am almost ashamed to admit it. OK , you can laugh now...they also will work well because of my weight fluctuations with the meds. Hows that for an excuse ???? LOL !

So glad the mystery is solved and you get to wear your new pants! My hubs always puts any purchases I receive in the mail on the stair landing where they are prominently on view when I first walk in the door! He also raises the eyebrow until I show him whatever it is that I purchased.

Meredith, that is usually how it goes here, though my husband is mostly not home during the day. He hasn't been too bad about all the packages because none of my clothes fit me and he also appreciated the fact that most of my clothes became more like sausage casings ! LOL !!!!

Hahaha, Isabel. I am apparently narcissistic because out of boredom I just googled myself on here, which in itself may be signs of something awry, and saw this story at the top. Argggh, that brought back my frustration immediately, but I also had to laugh! I may not have mentioned that the package was in my hubby's study and had a couple of random items dumped on top of it (on the floor), partially obscuring it, and it was wrapped in some soft silver plastic packaging material rather than a typical brown box. Well, I thought somehow I was an idiot (mainly for assuming something dire had happened, all the fault of FedEx, suspicious neighbors, and whatnot). Anyway, it's nice validation to know that these dysfunctional incidents happen to other people
