I adore boots!

I love boots and would be happy to wear them year round if weather permitted. I have scoured the archives here to read boot threads and it has only fueled the boot fire. Three of anything makes a collection, but I think my "collection" need to grow much, much bigger.

I notice I have a buckle theme going on, which I didn't notice before I took these pictures. I will have to keep that in mind when I add to my little boot family.

Left to right:
Born boots, Arche booties (new), Frye boots (new), Ariat boots.

I enjoy a variety of leathers so my boots vary from the stiffer Ariats to the now slouchy Frye leather. Oh.... and the smell of new leather..... love it!

I would love to see pictures of everyone's boots if you wish to share here.........

I'm right there with you! How do you find those Arche boots? I came across that brand in my search for bright blue shoes/boots?

The Arche boots are also new (I got them about a month ago) so I can't tell you how they feel after wearing them for a while . However, both my sisters wear Arche shoes and they love them and say they are very comfortable.

You've got a great collection so far I have 9 pairs of ankle+ height boots, and 3 pairs booties.

--- Boots ---
* Brown: tall slouchy wedge heeled, tall flat riding, short engineering
* Gray: mid-calf slouchy heeled, ankle peep toe heeled
* Black: short suede moto-heeled with tread, tall slouchy suede heeled, tall flat riding, mid-calf slouchy flat engineering

--- Booties ---
ivory pointy toe heeled, cognac heeled lace-up oxford, charcoal heeled lace-up

I don't have pictures yet either, but I have a fair collection going on myself- mostly because outside of my Converse and Vans... I rarely wear anything else.

-Short black military style boots.

-Grey mid-calf boots with laces and zips. They look rather steampunk.

-Dark brown/black motorcycle style boots. The only pair I have that don't have laces up the front.

-Black laced knee boots with zippers at the ankles I bought two weeks ago. They're actually really comfortable, the only problem area they have is the same problem I have with any shoe or boot when breaking them in (rubbing back of ankle). I found a picture on the store's website:

I also have a pair of black ankle boots with 2-1/2 heels that I never wear. Why I still have them, I don't know.

I, too, adore boots. Since I live in Maine, I have the need for a variety of different types of boots and the opportunity to wear some often.
Are your ready?

Tall cinnamon leather and suede aigner equestrian style.
Tall black leather dansko.
Chocolate herringbone print fabric with mock crock and a silver buckle Pliner booties.
Black leather Kelly and Katie booties.
Patent plum Franco Sarto booties.

Chocolate suede calf high LaCanadienne with buckle.
Camel suede calf high with wedge heel.
Grey suede, sheepskin trimmed mid high Uggs.

Dark tan Ariat shoe boots

Blue with multi floral mid height Bogs

Low black suede with fur trim Khombu for winter.
Tall black suede with buckles and fur trim Sorels.

Last, and not the most stylish, but the warmest by far are my tall black quilted Sorels with liners to keep my toes warm in temps to -50 degrees, to wear while snowmobiling.

Red leather cowboy boots.
Cream and brown leather with copper colored stud cowboy boots.

Tall plum and gold herringbone Dav rain boots.
Low light blue patent with leather trim Ugg outdoor walkers.

Thud. Wow, I envy your collections. Considering how much I love boots, I see I have a ways to go with my collection. It will be a fun venture. Thanks so much for sharing.

Do you wear dresses? it would be nice to have skirt boots too.

Yes, I do wear skirts on occasion and do see the need for a skirt boot. Any suggestions on brands that are stylish and are made to last? I like to keep heels under 3".

Great collection! Those Frye's are gorgeous Kafe. I have a pair similar to your Ariat's and I wear mine with dresses all the time. I can also see your Fry'es with dresses. if you're wanting something more on the dressy side though, I've been eyeing these..

I am patiently waiting for the gloriously cool and gorgeous fall weather to appear here in NC.

I adore boots and am searching for the perfect pair of classic riding boots to add to my closet.

I have not the best pics but:

red Docs, blue fake Uggs and white cable sweater knit wedge boots in the Tahoe closet (above all the work sneakers)

Brown perforated heeled knee highs, black riding style boots, patent black lace up ankle boots in the FL closet (on the right side)

And the newest cognac convertible foldover boots
