Well today the new company gave my husband their offer for compensation and we are floored! It was everything we could have hoped for. We were expecting to have to counter ,but then he recieved an e-mail to ammend the offer and gave him a gas card and company car....
The hours, the vacation time we wanted , health insurance, 401k, the pay he wanted with the potential to move up to a regional position as they are growing... Speechless and pinching ourselves...
