My beloved, very old, hand me down black skinniest have died.

I have a thicker waist and am moving away from low rise. I'm a 12ish right now, but need a short inseam, so that rules out some. i need a slimmer fit in the legs because I'd like them very streamlined, for under tunics and dresses.

Any recommendations for a pair you love? Under $150ish, but I'm not scared of cheap;)
