I found from a very reliable source that the following Nordstrom Racks have the Kenna T strong shoulder jacket in an S for $99! Sadly none are anywhere remotely near me

Soooooo...of course I need to put it out to YLF for help. If you are an able and willing member who is near any of the the following stores, please let me know! I can call and see if they will hold it for me. All you have to do is pick it up and ship (and of course I would pay for everything and then some).

Maya, I did this before with a Nanette Lepore jacket, and if you call these Rack stores and they do indeed have the jacket, they will ship it for you - I think they were charging $10. Or did Nordstrom tell you otherwise?

I wish I knew how the Rack worked. Laura, "your" olivey green NL jacket is at my store. They have had about five or more in stock for about a week. But I remember that being a hard to find item back when you found it.
I also find things in my store that are new in the Nordstrom store.

No luck at Oak Ridge or Southcenter Waaah. Those stupid boots I sacrificed this jacket for didn't even work out!

Your local Rack can check stock at other stores. If they find a store that has it, they can order it and ship it for you. Don't know the cost. Might be free. (It's the same exact ordering process that the full line stores use).

...nevermind, it was cancelled. AAAAAAARGHHHH. I am furious now. Way to get my hopes up, Nordstrom.

Anna, I'm waiting to hear back from Kim. A number of things happened last night: In summary, the reason they didn't find it at Oak Ridge is because--surprise--Reneeb had called and put in on hold for me. But unfortunately with the Rack there is really no way to be 100% sure it's the jacket I'm looking for without seeing it, so instead of ordering it directly Queen Mum will be heading over there to confirm and pick it up for me! If all goes well, case closed. She will be heading there between 2 and 2:30 (which is 5-5:30 my time). I'll probably know this evening and will let you know if I need any additional help.

What a team effort. This had better be a GREAT jacket for all the trouble I have put you gals through...
