I got this at H&M and thought it could be an easy way to get some fresh clolor. BUT when I came home I discovered that it turned out neon! I was looking for fresh, not neon (that's too much 1980's for me, I think). The color in the pic is more or less what I saw at the store, but you'll just have to think N E O N .
How can I use this with success? Or should I let it go?
I can use it as a hair pin or on clothes.
