I am in love with your look. I don't think it's too much leather or too much black at all. It is just awesome!
Although I love leather, there are a few pieces - a.k.a leather panel dresses and leather shorts - that I dislike when paired with leather shoes. This doesn't hold true for skinnies! I think leather skinnies with leather (even knee high boots) shoes work nicely... precisely because the gap in btw the pieces either doesn't exist or is a mere hint of skin (as in your outfit).
I hv a pair myself and the outfit I pulled off with last season was knee high leather boots (in black, as the skinnies themselves), a cotton long sleeved, hem hitting a bit over the hipbone, fitted tee, and on top of it, a shorter (cropped) sweater (in the same colour as the tee - white). I know it is not the most creative outfit... but it is comfy and toasty warm.
