How to wear a boat neck dress?

What hairstyle would suit the best? Can I wear a necklace?

I would avoid a necklace but wear statement earrings instead. I think many hairstyles can work with this. Pretty dress!

I'd say statement earrings, a pretty, small braclet, flats/pumps/ankle booties. Hair: low bun, pretty half-up, sleek pony, possibly a braid. A lot of things can go with this depending on the occasion.

That looks more like a jewel neck than a boat neck. With a boatneck (rather high neckline that extends shoulder to shoulder) a problem to be aware of is trying to wear a topper with it as it tends to bunch up under one. Not all do this, so it may take trial and error. Your dress is lovely and a beautiful color.
