Suz, love Angie's post from 2013. That pre-dates my YLF time. Although I don't do skirts, I can definitely do the toppers over the tee in cool temps.
Astrid, I think you're right that it would look really cute with a denim skirt. Sadly, skirts and I just don't get along very well. Because of my short waist, they tend to want to gravitate to just under my bra strap. I may still have an old denim skirt somewhere. If I can find it, I'll give it a shot and see if I can make peace with it.
