Lovely dress! What about your skintone/ complexion & hair colour? If you want a more formal look, gold heels with a cream coloured clutch & shiny jewellery (think gold with stones) would be the way to go.
If you want to tone down the formality though, a black clutch (like on the model) with nude or bronze heels would look formal without being overkill. You could also add a navy coat or shawl if you anticipate it will be chilly.
