A few weeks ago, I broke a rule about buying something that will fit into my current wardrobe. I found this sleeveless trench topper at Ann Taylor for only $20... but I don't know how to wear it. Should it be considered outerwear, for outdoors only? Or can it be an indoor jacket, too? I frequently wear a vest instead of a jacket/coat because I tend to run hot, even in the New England winters. If I wear it as outerwear, I might wear a thin fleece jacket underneath for extra warmth on the arms.
I'm at a loss. Help!
