I am looking for advice, tips and feedback on my new purchase.
I bought an ecru lightly textured handbag. It is a hobo style shoulder bag, but still quite structured and dressy imo.
I have been liking the brand Lancaster lately. French made bags. Their bags are very well made, most from a nice quality leather, they have pretty details and they are great value for money, especially if you find them with some discount.
I really like the style of this bag, the size and the colour and, I can even appreciate the silver hardware on the ecru bag (normally, I would choose gold).
So, now my question. When I received the bag and tried it with a few tops and toppers, I wasn’t sure about the colour. It doesn’t seem to pop… If ecru now can pop, IYKWIM. Do you wear ecru bags? Which colours do you combine with them for the best colour mix? I can imagine some light tonal beige outfit, but these usually do not look so good on me. I would like some contrast. Should I keep the bag? Thank you very much for looking.
