If you're visiting a city, check the mall visitor center (or their website) to see if they offer discount coupon books for free to out-of-towners. There are usually food coupons and % off when you spend a certain amount at a lot of the stores. If you are a AAA (American Automobile Association) member, you can often times get a coupon book at most malls and outlets.
Also AAA members get discounts at restaurants and public venues but they hardly advertised it. You just have to ask before you order or by your ticket if they give AAA discounts. (I never remember to check the AAA website so I always just ask the employee.)
Those Entertainment Books are really worth it:

I've also found some clothing store coupons in there for places like Fashion Bug, Lane Bryant, etc.
I've found that only using half a dryer sheet works just as well as using a full sheet.
An old bit of hosiery works great for getting out deodorant marks on an LBD.
Instead of bringing a perfume bottle with me on trips, I just stash some of those perfume samples from magazines. I can wear a different scent a day and no worries about spills! : )
