I have the CUTEST EVER DRESS from Topshop but the zipper is broken I can't exchange it for a new one because it sold out so quickly.
The zip was initially getting caught in one spot, but with some yanking I could manage to get it up. But I did that one too many times, and now it doesn't close anymore. I can move the zipper pull up, but the teeth don't come together, if that makes sense. Is this fixable or do I need to have it repaired?
